The Pantheon Press Experience.

Pantheon Press started with a mission: to bring exceptional olive oil sourced from the best groves in Greece to local restaurants in the Lower Mainland. This brought on some connections. As our partnerships grew and as we connected with more and more industry experts, we grew to source a high-quality balsamic line that we are extremely proud of. Our focus remains on sourcing and delivering only the best products from the finest resources available. From our locally sourced salad dressing to our products from Greece, at Pantheon Press, we will always be committed to providing only the best.

Our Ties to Greek Islands.

When twin brothers, George and Gus Sahamis, migrated from Greece to Canada in 1974 at 16 years old to pursue their dreams, they brought with them their passion for quality and hospitality that they found while selling souvlakis and gyros to the local community and tourists in their hometown of Sparta. Their passion became the benchmark of their success as they opened their first restaurant, Golphis Steak and Pizza, in Abbotsford, BC in 1982.

This was the start of something special. At just 24 years of age, the brothers turned a run-down old restaurant into one of the most successful restaurants in Abbotsford. Over the years, they continued opening successful restaurants throughout the Fraser Valley, passing down the same dedication to quality and hospitality to the next generation of the their family. Today, the privately-owned Greek Islands restaurants, based in Abbotsford and Chilliwack, are operated by George and Gus Sahamis along with their sons, sons-in-law, daughters, daughters-in-law, and nephews: Niko, Yianni, Despina, Yianni, Yianni, Denelle, Eve, Kosta, Nicole, and Yiorgos. Pantheon Press is brought to you by Niko Sahamis who has strategically partnered with his life-long friend, Mike Browne. With two locations in Abbotsford and one in Chilliwack, Greek Islands restaurants are known for their outstanding food quality, hospitality, professional service, and atmosphere, where people are treated like family.
